you will get: condition video of front/back of the desired pc, address check + packaging proof, send out video (if untracked) or tracking code. i expect
you to do the same. Please know for tracked shipping I cannot send out a video proof as I always drop the mail off at my local post office, you'll receive the tracking code + receipt from mei prefer if we could send out trades at the same day,
unless we agreed to anything else.
if you have less than 20 clickable proofs, i will have

i will double sleeve pcs & use either a toploader or
safe guard to keep your pcs safe.i will always add my return address so the letter
can come back to me in case something is
wrong with it. please do the same. i will always send an address proof to you. please double check,
if there are any mistakes to your claims OR address
after you confirmed, you will have to pay shipping
again, if the parcel is returned to meplease know that i will calculate shipping individually
it's simply impossible to keep the list of prices up
to date with the constant changes for stamps but

if i can't add/contact you, you risk losing your claimsdeadlines might be short but a payment is required
within this timeframe. I try to give reminders before the time is up.if there is no payment from you & you
have not contacted me beforehand, i will add a
late fee of 0,50 euro to your outstanding sum. after
24h i will add another late fee. if you fail to make the
payment within this timeframe, sadly you will lose
your claim and no refunds can be made.i can't let you backout once your claim is confirmed.i will add a small packing fee to the doms which will
not be more than 0,50 euro for letters and up to 1,50 euro for parcels to help with the costs i have to pack up your order securely.if you joined me for a vinyl go, your packing fee will always be 1,50 euro as i give my best to secure your vinyl as much as possible.I will indicate the timeframe I can hold your items in the group chats. please know that i am not a warehouse and the longest time I will keep your items is ONE MONTH, but i will inform you about it in DMs or group chats.I send a claim + address check via DM & will bump once if you did not respond. after 5 days i will add a late-fee to your doms. after 10 days without a response, you will lose your claim. if you reach out to me and we come to an individal agreement, that's up to what we decided on in the DMs.I often host for sets from Mercari via Neokyo. I check the description of the item, the rating and profile of the seller and double check if the PC seems real. But even then the PCs can be fake or damaged. I will not take any responsibility for this!please keep in mind that i reserve the right to remove you from my group orders at any step of the process if i feel uncomfortable with you. everything you paid for will be refunded of course.lost or damaged mail from proxy/seller or from me to you is not my responsibility.
